Here, a good story is everything. We are seeking a conceptual Art Director who’s a lead within our creative team. Working on a wide range of clients — from the biggest and most established brands in the world to nimble brands that make our life’s work incredibly rewarding, you’ll develop and architect the creative product that has given us a reputation for cultural disruption.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves and get dirty. As an Art Director you’ll collaborate with our creative team to concept big ideas and develop them into powerful narratives, considering not just how the story is told through words, but images and rich design language. This role covers multiple clients across local, regional and national brands. Nimbleness required.

Incredible design aesthetic and robust samples of smart conceptually-led integrated campaign work
Stellar organizational skills to help manage your own projects
Ability to concept across traditional and non-traditional channels (digital, social, experiential, earned media, etc.)
Stunning portfolio that shows how you get from concept to reality and can articulate it in written and visual form
Mad presentation skills | We’ll want to bring you to meetings to present work to clients.
Hunger for what’s next and new; not just in culture, but new mediums, channels, and design
Ability to get it done | As a nimble team, we’re all doers. We work on short deadlines and limited information.
Resourcefulness | Someone who does their own research and surfaces their own insights and can make the connections most others do not see.
Great attitude | How we get the work done is as important as the work we do; positivity and can-do attitude required.
COMPETENCIES AND BACKGROUND
Bachelors Degree or BFA in, Advertising or Design preferred
Agency experience as a designer/art director with proven ability to work in groups and independently
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs and Google Suite
Familiar with concept to reality design and development; digitally savvy
JOB DUTIES & DAILY DUTIES
Lead projects under the direction of Creative Director
Develop design and conceptual communication from logos to brand identity, advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, employee engagement campaigns, digital video and websites. At times provide support for presentation and pitch decks.
Work seamlessly with freelancers and other partners
Present your work on client calls and presentations as well as internal check-in meetings
Mentor younger team members and grow their skills
