[imagebrowser id=19] Last week, Manifesto hosted its second Table for Ten at New Deal Distillery in southeast Portland.  New Deal and Park Kitchen generously sponsored the event, coming together to create an elaborate four-course culinary experience paired with signature New Deal cocktails.

As a quarterly event, each Table for Ten invites ten incredible guests to converge on a unique dining environment for an evening of food, drink, conversation and connectivity. From innovators, creators and disruptors, to entrepreneurs, makers and philanthropists, Table for Ten is designed to facilitate a meaningful intersection of unique individuals and build lasting personal and professional relationships organically.

Guests at last week's event included brand marketing mavens, creative directors, talented photographers, and even a design researcher turned slam poet.

Decor was provided by Something Borrowed and Appetite, and Kiriko, a Portland-based company that creates accessories from vintage Japanese boro fabric, sent our guests home with a hand made pocket square.

Our first dinner was last September, you can read about it here. Additional photos from Table for Ten can be found on our Facebook page, and a video of the evening can be found here.

Dhani Jones Helps Catapult Adobe CS6 Launch

Adobe CS6 Launch Blog Post Getting millions of college students to download Adobe's new suite on the cloud is no small task. Adobe has already tackled the world of design students. But a massive market of project-oriented college students awaited. "Cultural influencers are the key to accessing generation Y," said Manifesto Chief Storyteller Tim Dyer. "Dhani Jones was a perfect fit because he has reinvented his personal brand over and over." A former NFL player, Dhani Jones has quickly become known as a master of his own brand. From playing a role with Nissan's GT Academy to his exclusive men's bowtie line, he's made style accessible. As one of the celebrity judges of the Adobe "Wear Your Heart on Your Tee" promotion, he is one of three judges who will choose the most compelling t-shirt design submitted by students from around the globe. The promotion, designed to drive students to download and try Adobe CS6 was featured across social media platforms and partner website: Cafe Press. Developed on behalf of an agency partner and their client, the promotion came to a close in October 2012.
