Manifesto is seeking a driven, passionate, and curious Strategist/Sr. Strategist who thrives on uncovering human insights that inform our creative approach. This role will support multiple teams across the agency to lead discovery and research, key stakeholder interviews and focus groups, and client immersion sessions. We follow a proprietary 6-step process that guides our work and this role will champion and lead the first 4-steps of our process including Investigation, Articulation, Ideation and Conceptualization.
The Strategist/Sr. Strategist will be responsible for insights, development of KPIs and success metrics, research, audience segmentation and persona work, brand messaging and framework development, and the development of clear, articulate creative briefs that will inform our creative approach and ideation. This role will also oversee brand and campaign planning to guide the deployment of the program to reach the clients objectives and goals.
The Strategist/Sr. Strategist will thrive on complex problem solving and quickly “getting under the hood” of our brand partners to help define onlyness, positioning” and how this translates into a messaging platform.
The Strategist/Sr. Strategist will be a curious consumer of emerging trends, technology and culture and will serve as the function on the team that brings clarity, brevity and simplification to complex business challenges.
This role will help to support and drive new business through consulting and championing these services to existing and new agency accounts.

Drive RFP responses along with new business team
Provide internal agency strategy recommendations to executive leadership team including articulation, positioning, and marketing
Agency thought leadership content development
Bachelor's Degree or Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or similar
5+ years of agency or brand experience in strategy, consulting, or client service
Experience leading branding and campaign strategy for national or global brands
Experience using and deploying research tools and systems
