Tour Manager

We left the big agency scene to create an agency with a conscience that tells the world what brands stand for. We focus on brand strategy, storytelling, design, and consumer engagement experiences. We’re a nationally award winning agency with offices in Portland, OR and Milwaukee, WI.  And yes, we do all the things that other creative agencies do - drink out of mason jars, adorn our walls with faux stag heads, and occasionally communicate via typewriters and sketch books just to spice things up. All in all, we’re a young, scrappy, fun-loving team of crafters and creators who are ethos-led and focused on delivering work that inspires and disrupts. But enough about us – here’s what we’re looking for in our team member.

Manifesto is seeking an organized, driven, and passionate Tour Manager who thrives on great communication, social engagement, and seamless execution of client programs and events. The candidate will be a natural problem solver who has excellent organizational skills, can manage deadlines and deliverables, and who can be the primary brand ambassador for the agency on behalf of the client. The Tour Manager will spend the first 2-3 weeks coordinating our client, University of Wisconsin-Madison’s, Summer Road Tour which will include event research, schedule and routing development, and management of 3rd party vendors.  The role will then transition to lead the tour during the 14-16 week program and will be responsible for moving the client asset from one location to the next, organizing on-site events and volunteer training, and being the face of the Manifesto agency to the UWM at each key event.
